Offering a fleet of mobile bars for hire (including our beautiful Fern Vintage Van), mobile bar-tending services, a mobile cafe, wedding planning and co-ordination services, and even an online store for those extra special gifts and event needs.

We have been working in the events & hospitality industry for many years and understand that no two events are ever the same. That’s why we are happy to tailor all of our packages to best fit your specific needs.

Our Services

We have a range of beautiful mobile bar options for your event.

Fern is the star of the show - our gorgeous 60’s inspired caravan that can cater for groups of 20-200 people and will bring the lush essence of the rain forest wherever she goes!

For those more intimate or indoor events, we also have a smaller mobile bar with everything required to provide you and your guests with top notch bar service.

Already have a bar on site, but just need the hands to help? We can do that too! All of our bar tenders have years of experience slinging beers, pouring wines, and shaking cocktails. And we all LOVE what we do!

The best thing of all - we are BYO. Say goodbye to hefty bar tabs and ordinary drinks selections. Choose what you want us to serve including beers, wines, seltzers, spirits, and cocktails,

Need a cafe on wheels? You’ve come to the right place.

Fern Vintage Van has a commercial grade coffee machine on board and can attend private events, markets, festivals and sporting events in any of our servicing regions.

We love Coffee! That’s why we make each coffee as if it was our own - full of flavour and with the silkiest milk, using only the best coffee beans and milk products we can source.

We also love our planet! We use commercially compostable takeaway coffee cups and have reuseable cups available to purchase.

We offer a range of event planning and co-ordination services including, but not limited to, wedding planning, on-day co-ordination, and styling.

Whether you want someone to take the ropes from start to finish, or you just need someone you can trust on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly - we have a package to suit.
